Why do we collect and use your personal information?
We collect personal information as reasonably necessary to carry out our business, which may include (but is not limited to);

Who do we disclose your personal information to?
When we have been provided with your personal information (whether as a result of a provision of Campaign Data or otherwise), the narrow circumstances in which we may disclose personal information are as follows:

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal identification information to others. Do we use your personal information in any automated computer systems such as AI systems?
Our business involves proprietary software algorithms and the use of a large language model (System). We use the System to process information, produce generative artificial intelligence outputs, merge the output of our algorithm with specific brief requirements of customers and provide products and services. As such, certain personal information may be inputted for processing by the System and certain personal information may be contained in the output provided by the System. All inputted data and output data, whether personal information or not, is strictly prohibited from being accessed, used or otherwise available to any third party. For example, any information inputted into or generated by the large language model is not permitted to be used for any other purpose other than the specific customer to whom it relates and is not permitted to be used for training the model.
The primary purpose of using our System is not to process, infer or create personal information. The primary purpose of using our System is to provide services that are related to non-personal information.
Do we use or disclose your personal information for direct marketing?
We may use or disclose personal information (other than sensitive information) collected from you for the purpose of our direct marketing to you, including but not limited to marketing campaigns by post, email, SMS, telemarketing and social media (Direct Marketing Communications) where you would reasonably expect the information to be used or disclosed for this purpose.
We collect your personal information from you directly for the purpose of direct marketing unless it is unreasonable or impracticable to do so. Where we obtain information from third parties we require them to confirm that your personal information has been lawfully collected and that you have consented to it being shared and used for direct marketing purposes.
We may use or disclose personal information (other than Sensitive Information) collected in other circumstances, for the purpose of direct marketing subject to, and in accordance with, the law. This may involve obtaining your additional consent where practicable.

We will not transfer your personal information outside of Australia.
Can you deal with us anonymously or use a pseudonym?

However, it may not always be possible for this to occur especially if we are providing you with products or services. We will inform you if you are unable to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym when dealing with us.
How do we hold your information?

These security measures are designed to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password and transaction information that you have provided and/or that we have stored.
